An introductory call. We ask questions, we listen, and we figure out how your business actually works. Most of the value comes from spotting where the opportunities are — and we usually start spotting them on the call itself.

Sometimes that means looking at your numbers. Sometimes it just means agreeing on the priority. Either way, by the end of this step we know what we'd build and why.

Fixed price for the scope we agree on, with copy and design included. If the project grows past the scope, we agree the new price before continuing — no surprises mid-project.

Site, app, or marketing system — whatever we agreed on, we build it. We hold the UI to a high bar, treat UX as part of the build, and bake SEO in from day one rather than bolting it on at the end.

Your site, app, or marketing system goes live. We show your team how to run the parts they'll be keeping. Optional support window after that — then it's yours.
